Job summary

Liberty Dental Plan Corp. in California seeks a Senior Provider Network Assistant to support provider recruitment, network maintenance, and administrative operations.

You will work with Network Managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and exceptional provider service in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have 2+ years in dental office management or related fields, and at least 1 year in provider network work, with strong English communication and leadership willingness to mentor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, customer service, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of provider network experience or experience working within a Dental PPO or DHMO environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Outlook inboxes and respond to escalated provider inquiries.
• Troubleshoot advanced provider web portal issues and support providers through resolution.
• Lead provider recruitment efforts, including outreach for complex cases with missing or incomplete documentation.
• Develop, track, and distribute provider communications, notices, and updates via email and fax.
• Conduct advanced provider verification activities, including roster maintenance and contract compliance reviews.
