LIBERTY DENTAL PLAN is seeking a Senior Provider Network Assistant to elevate provider recruitment, network maintenance, and administrative operations. You will partner with Network Managers to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficient service across the network.

You’ll mentor junior staff, manage escalated provider inquiries, and lead complex credentialing tasks while supporting multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years in dental office management, managed healthcare, sales, customer service, or related field.
• 1 year provider network experience in a Dental PPO/DHMO environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple Outlook inboxes and respond to escalated provider inquiries.
• Troubleshoot advanced provider web portal issues and support providers through resolution.
• Lead provider recruitment efforts, including outreach for complex documentation.
• Develop, track, and distribute provider communications, notices, and updates by email and fax.
• Conduct advanced provider verification activities, including roster maintenance and contract compliance reviews.
• Review online provider contract submissions for accuracy before leadership review.
• Audit provider contracts, updates, and terminations for compliance.
• Create and coordinate meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up items.
• Maintain tracking tools and reports for project oversight and operations.
• Provide guidance and training to junior team members.

At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
