This leadership role requires 4–6 years in dental/healthcare networks and a Bachelor’s in health admin or related field; travel up to 50% is expected; remote/hybrid options available.

You will lead teams, review contracts, set fee schedules, and deliver reports to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health admin, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in dental/healthcare network management with leadership.
• Experience with provider relations, contracting, and network development.
• Knowledge of fee schedules and provider payment methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention of General Dental Practitioners and Specialist networks.
• Oversee provider network retention initiatives for stability.
• Review provider contracts for accuracy and alignment with regional fees.
• Evaluate fee increase requests and justify to executives.
• Develop competitive provider fee schedules based on market trends.
• Manage provider service initiatives and deadlines.
• Build strong provider relationships to promote network stability.
• Collaborate with Claims, Quality Management, Member Services to resolve issues.
• Lead staff development and performance reviews.
