Job summary

Sonrava Health is seeking an experienced Provider Network Manager to oversee recruitment and network management across Northern California. This full-time remote role involves building strong provider relationships, expanding the network, and working independently across a large geographic territory.

The role requires regular travel within Northern California to meet with providers and dental office teams, negotiate participation agreements, and manage credentialing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in provider network management, provider relations, dental office management, or a related healthcare field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiations skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to travel within Northern California and manage a large geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and contract general dentists and dental specialists to expand the provider network.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with participating providers and office staff.
• Conduct provider onboarding, orientations, and ongoing education regarding network policies and procedures.
• Negotiate provider participation agreements.
• Coordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities.
• Serve as the primary contact for provider operational and network-related questions.
• Analyze network adequacy and identify recruitment opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a high-quality provider experience.
