Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience including healthcare/provider context.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, audits and provider networks is preferred.
• Medicaid experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, accessible and comprehensive service to the provider community.
• Oversee provider participation changes and regulatory compliance activities.
• Evaluate member and network impacts, including continuity of care and communications.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and respond to inquiries within timelines.
• Lead regulatory audits and readiness assessments, and support policy development.
• Collaborate with clinical, care management, health plan, growth and vendor teams on regulatory and network initiatives.
