Job summary

Palmetto GBA, LLC is seeking a Senior Provider Relations Representative to educate and train network providers, staff, suppliers, and beneficiaries. The role develops training content and delivers sessions across various formats, with travel 3–5 days per week and a remote setup requiring residence in AL, GA, or TN.

You’ll collaborate with provider groups and state/federal agencies, manage documentation, and support special projects while upholding HIPAA and government healthcare program

Qualifications

• Develops/updates training materials for providers, staff, and others.
• Delivers and facilitates trainings and workshops.
• Uses various media and tools to design course content.
• Ensures compliance with government healthcare programs and HIPAA.

Responsibilities

• Develops/prepares/reviews/updates provider education materials.
• Conducts meetings, workshops, and teleconferences with providers and staff.
• Represents training needs to state/federal agencies as needed.
• Produces reports and provides feedback to management.
