Job summary

Palmetto GBA, LLC is seeking a Senior Provider Education Consultant for IRF reviews, delivering education to providers and conducting on-site and remote training. You will travel 3–5 days per week as needed within AL/GA/TN and coordinate with medical review teams.

The role requires nursing licensure (RN/ LPN/LVN) with clinical and educator experience, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. Remote work is available with some travel, and sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and disease processes.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.
• Analytical or critical thinking with good math skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers on Medicare coverage and documentation requirements.
• Document all provider interactions in the provider tracking system.
• Conduct workshops and training visits for high-utilization providers.
