Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Contracts & Network Recruiter to source and sign physicians, hospitals, and ancillary providers in line with corporate and state guidelines. You will manage contractor setup and ensure compliant, accurate contracts for claims processing.

Required is a bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in contracting or provider relations within a hospital or physician setting. Candidates in Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred for this remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 4+ years contracting/contract analysis/provider relations experience in hospital or physician setting.
• Working knowledge of state and/or federal health care programs preferred (Medicaid, Medicare).

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop network for a region and providers.
• Lead assigned recruitments (physician, hospital and ancillary) and ensure contracts meet objectives.
• Oversee provider setup and contract configuration for accurate claims adjudication.
• Identify potential providers by geography and specialty needs and update database.
• Coordinate with internal departments and contracted providers to ensure contract compliance.
