The role requires Indiana residency for remote work with occasional local travel; pay range is $56,200 to $101,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare/administration.
• 0–2 years contracting, contract analysis, or provider relations.
• Familiarity with State and/or Federal health care programs preferred.
• Candidates must be in Indiana for this remote role with occasional local travel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and develop network of physicians, hospitals and ancillary providers.
• Lead assigned recruitments and ensure contracts meet objectives.
• Oversee provider setup and contract configuration for accurate claims adjudication.
• Identify potential providers by geography and specialty needs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contract compliance and support.
