Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in contracting, provider relations, provider servicing; experience should include prior contracting experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a key resource for contracting staff and mentors on-the-job training.
• Works independently with high judgment and discretion.
• Leads network management projects and cross-functional initiatives within a provider territory.
• Collaborates with sales to present to employer groups.
• Serves as a communication link between providers and Elevance Health.
• Ensures network composition includes appropriate provider specialties.
• Conducts complex negotiations and drafts documents.
• Prepares financial projections and conducts analyses.
