Job summary

LifeSOURCE Transplant Network is seeking a Provider Contracting Senior Advisor to lead complex negotiations with hospitals, transplant centers, and cellular therapy providers across the Northeast. This role advances affordability, access, and network quality while managing a 40–50 facility portfolio.

You will renew, amend, and renew agreements, analyze claims and market data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic network initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least five years in commercial healthcare contracting or similar negotiations.
• Proven ability negotiating reimbursement, financial terms, and contract language.
• Strong understanding of hospital, managed-care, and provider business models.
• Experience managing a substantial portfolio of active contracts and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, centers, and providers across the Northeast.
• Negotiate reimbursement rates, financial terms, contract language, renewals, and amendments.
• Develop agreements using varied reimbursement methodologies (FFS, case rates, bundled payments).
• Manage financial and operational performance of provider agreements and affordability initiatives.
• Evaluate claims and market data to identify contracting opportunities and strategies.
• Collaborate with Legal, Medical Economics, Product, and local market teams to execute network strategies.
