You will manage a portfolio of 40–50 facilities, handling renewals, amendments, and provider escalations to strengthen network access and affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Five years of commercial healthcare contracting and negotiation experience.
• Experience negotiating reimbursement, financial terms, and contractual language.
• Strong financial acumen with interpretation of reimbursement models and contract performance.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior provider executives and internal leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex contract negotiations with hospitals, transplant centers, and healthcare providers.
• Negotiate reimbursements, financial terms, and new provider agreements.
• Develop agreements using various reimbursement methodologies (fee-for-service, case rates, bundled payments).
• Manage performance of assigned provider agreements, including cost targets and affordability initiatives.
• Interpret contract language and ensure accurate implementation and administration of negotiated terms.
