Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a product development environment with mechanical or electro-mechanical products.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or provide CPT/OPT/STEM OPT for this position.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Moon Township, PA; active-duty military exempt from area limit.

Responsibilities

• Understand mechanical drawings and assembly documentation to properly build prototypes.
• Use hand and power tools to build engineering samples and test fixtures to specification.
• Fabricate parts using approved machinery and methods.
• Prepare lab validation tests under direction of project engineers.
• Collect, record, and plot test data in an organized fashion.
• Lead assignments and coordinate purchasing for development lab equipment.
