Tecolote Research, Inc is seeking an experienced Protocol and Action Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute Space Launch Delta 45 stakeholder engagements with DoD and Space Force. The role focuses on providing C-Suite level support and coordinating events and guest itineraries.

Qualifications include 7+ years as an action officer, 3+ years in space programs, 2 years of protocol experience, strong MS Office skills, and an active Secret clearance. A Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Seven years of action officer experience, including 3 years supporting space programs.
• Two years of Protocol experience.
• Proficient with MS Office suite: Outlook, Teams, Zoom.gov, DTS, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Active Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide C-Suite level Action Officer support to Space Launch Delta 45 leadership.
• Support host requirements for senior Space Force leadership, senior government officials, and other dignitaries.
• Develop and coordinate event programs and scripts for Space Launch Delta 45 hosted events.
• Prepare invitations and distribute to appropriate offices and personnel.
• Create and coordinate itineraries and scripts and monitor project changes.
