Job summary

Quantech seeks a Senior Strategic Communications professional to provide executive advisory support to the Space Launch Delta 45 Commander’s Action Group. Lead development of strategic messaging, executive presentations, and high-level reports for senior audiences.

The role requires translating complex technical information into concise executive communications, handling editorial reviews, and coordinating with multiple organizations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in communications, public affairs, political science, business, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in strategic communications or executive support; DoD experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop draft mission, vision, priority statements, strategic narratives, and command-level communication plans.
• Incorporate the Commander’s strategic intent narrative into strategic and executive-level communication products.
• Develop and refine strategic PowerPoint presentations, online products, command briefing packages, handouts, and senior-leader decision materials.
• Compose, edit, and quality-control recurring and ad hoc higher-headquarters reports for the command group.
• Coordinate with Delta staff and stakeholders to gather inputs for higher-headquarters reporting.
• Draft speeches, remarks, scripts, talking points, and other senior-leader communications.
