Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in direct material sourcing for a CPG company.
• 8+ years in sourcing land animal proteins.
• Extensive protein sourcing experience with a concentration in poultry.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for the protein category.
• Leverage procurement best practices.
• Manage all aspects of category including spend analysis and supplier management.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
