Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2–4 years Procurement experience in related area.
• Experience buying in the protein category (beef/pork) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and identify suppliers, negotiate price and quantity terms, and establish long-term contracts.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with special order requests.
• Negotiate prices based on market conditions and order requirements.
• Resolve invoicing, product, or delivery issues to maintain supplier relationships.
