Qualifications

• PhD with 4+ years post-doc/industrial experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated independent protein expression across multiple hosts.
• Purification depth across affinity/IMAC, ion exchange, size exclusion.
• Experience with difficult targets and scale-up workflows.
• Proven mentoring, protocol writing, and client communication.

Responsibilities

• Own recombinant protein production campaigns end-to-end, from design to QC and delivery.
• Mentor junior staff and author/maintain SOPs and protocols.
• Interface with clients on strategy, progress, and results.
• Manage timelines and deliverables across multiple parallel campaigns.
• Develop constructs, optimize media, induction, and harvest conditions.
