Job summary

Control Risks seeks an experienced operational security leader to run the Protective Services practice for the United States and Canada. The role is based in NYC or Washington DC, with responsibilities spanning executive protection, event security, and complex security programs.

You will drive growth, oversee budgets, and influence stakeholders across industries. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in security leadership, 10+ years delivering operational security, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in an operational security leadership role.
• 10+ years delivering operational security services including executive protection and event security.
• Experience integrating protective intelligence with global monitoring and GSOC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision for the Protective Services practice in the US and Canada.
• Direct delivery of executive protection, event security, and related security programs.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for profitability.
• Drive growth through client relationships and market expansion.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and risk management guidelines.
• Lead thought leadership and represent the firm at panels and conferences.
