Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage embedded security staff lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Oversee client relationships and delivery of protective services.
• Coordinate with HR, legal, and operations to ensure policy compliance.
• Provide executive protection guidance and on-site management.
• Develop and implement protective protocols at organizational level.
• Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and trigger improvement plans.
• Ensure security licenses are maintained for armed/unarmed work.
