Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Protective Security Manager to oversee security and safety across Wealth Center Networks, Commercial Centers, and Head Offices in the US. You will conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and deliver security awareness training.

Qualifications

Experience in a retail/security environment with protective security requirements.
Ability to persuade Senior Management on risk mitigation actions.
Degree level education or prior bank retail management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide security and safety guidance to HSBC centers and head offices.
Conduct security reviews of wealth centers, offices, and data centers for compliance.
Complete protective security risk assessments and surveys.
Analyze site risk profiles and prioritize higher-risk locations.
Produce risk reports with vulnerabilities and mitigation recommendations.
Monitor crime/terrorism trends and share findings with stakeholders.
Deliver security awareness programs across the US estate.
Coordinate training volumes with management and conduct site visits.
Manage incident administration and maintain central records for audits.
