Responsibilities

• Support and measure the pipeline, ensuring prospects are engaged and moved forward.
• Oversee DHDAA prospect clearance and assignment processes with data integrity.
• Maintain guidelines for the Salesforce CRM for organization-wide transparency.
• Develop and deliver Prospect Management training and process improvements.
• Lead meetings to discuss portfolio strategy, optimization, and outcomes.
