Job summary
The University System of New Hampshire is seeking a Prospect Research Analyst to partner with the advancement team. You will identify and evaluate prospective donors, deliver research intelligence, and provide analytical insight to move prospects through the donor pipeline.
Responsibilities include identifying prospects, presenting findings to staff and leadership, and maintaining CRM data integrity while supporting portfolio reviews and strategy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in higher education, nonprofit, advancement, or related research roles.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into strategic insights for gift officers and leadership.
- Experience with CRM and prospect research tools; excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospects using advanced methodologies and public/internal data.
- Translate data into clear research products for gift officers, leadership, and boards.
- Monitor news and developments to surface timely intelligence for strategy.
- Support prospect identification through screenings, wealth analyses, and pipeline work.
- Ensure data integrity in CRM; assist in portfolio reviews and development initiatives.
