Providence is seeking a Prospect and Systems Management Analyst to support fundraising by partnering with philanthropy officers to manage prospect portfolios, optimize pipelines, and provide data-driven insights. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Journalism, or Public Administration or equivalent
• 2+ years in a fundraising environment, prospect management or research
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Support prospect portfolios and fundraising pipelines through moves management.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to strengthen portfolio performance.
• Facilitate portfolio reviews and strategy discussions with philanthropy officers.
• Conduct prospect research using demographic and engagement data to identify donor opportunities.
• Maintain prospect records and databases to ensure reliable reporting.
