Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Principal ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to lead complex, secure cloud solutions for manufacturing, retail, and CPG customers in the US market, including the Chicago area. You will bridge ProServe Account Executives and Delivery Teams, shaping proposals that maximize customer business outcomes and CBOs while guiding teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA).
Experience with SDLC and agile/iterative methodologies.
10+ years in technical specialist, customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions, estimates, and proposals to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs).
Providing technical guidance and best practices during the sales and implementation phases.
Collaborating with Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable.
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
