Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our ProServe team in Jersey City, NJ. You will design and lead tailored cloud solutions that address customer business outcomes and work across ProServe Account Executives and Delivery Teams.

You will mentor teams, contribute reusable artifacts, and influence SOWs while advising on industry trends and innovative cloud approaches to maximize CBOs and customer CSAT.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and delivering large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Experience with IT compliance and risk management requirements (e.g. security, privacy, SOX, HIPAA etc.).
• Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies.
• 10+ years of technical specialist in customer-facing roles experience.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions, estimates, and proposals to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs).
• Providing technical guidance and best practices during the sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborating with Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
