Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking an experienced ProServe Cloud Architect (PCA) to join our team at AWS. In this role, you'll work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements and business objectives, designing and implementing tailored cloud solutions.

You'll be a key player in the pre-sales process, providing technical expertise and guidance throughout the customer's cloud journey.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Python/Java and data tech (SQL/NoSQL/Hadoop/Spark/Kafka/Kinesis).
• 3+ years of AWS service suite, IaC, security tools and compliance automation experience.
• Current, active US Government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Design complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver CBOs.
• Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and SDT to ensure realism and achievability.
• Act as a trusted advisor on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Mentor peers and create reusable artifacts to improve processes.
