Job summary

You will lead architecture work in the pre‑sales and delivery phases, collaborating with ProServe Account Executives and Shared Delivery Teams. As a technical SME, you’ll mentor colleagues, create reusable artifacts, and drive initiatives that maximize CBOs while maintaining the highest CSAT standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical specialist, design and architecture experience.
• 5+ years of database (SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis) experience.
• 7+ years of consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions experience.
• 3+ years of cloud based solution, system, network and OS experience.
• 7+ years of external or internal customer facing, large scale project management experience.
• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Designing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions to deliver customer business outcomes (CBOs).
• Providing technical guidance and best practices during pre‑sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborating with Account Managers and Shared Delivery Teams to ensure proposed solutions are realistic and achievable.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
