Job summary

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• 1–3 years of related work experience in government or family law.
• Equivalent combination of training, education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents citizens in criminal, quasi-criminal and civil matters.
• Advocates for the OPA's position in hearings and motions.
• Screens and charges felony and misdemeanor cases.
• Prepares and files motions, stipulations and responses for trials.
• Interviews victims, witnesses and law enforcement, coordinating with staff.
