Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Propulsion Systems to lead end-to-end planning of development, manufacturing, and testing of propulsion systems.

You will own the propulsion program roadmap, coordinate with product teams, manage production scheduling, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong communication across engineering, management, and customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management environments.
• A degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field.
• Proven track record navigating complex organizations and balancing timelines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full propulsion program roadmap from development to production.
• Bridge product and program decisions to ensure roadmap execution.
• Drive thruster production, manage supply chains, and plan upgrades.
• Maintain clear team communication across engineering leads, managers, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships and provide transparent updates.
• Translate mission specs into testing targets and validation plans.
• Coordinate hardware interfacing across machine shop, mechanical, and electrical teams.
• Watch industry trends and market shifts to guide strategic decisions.
