Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager - Propulsion Systems to lead end-to-end planning for development, manufacturing, and testing of propulsion systems.

You will own the propulsion program roadmap, coordinate with product and hardware teams, and drive on-time delivery across design, fabrication, assembly, and test. In this role you will manage schedules, align stakeholders, oversee supplier and production readiness, and translate mission specs into concrete test

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management.
• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Own the propulsion program roadmap from development to production and testing.
• Bridge products and programs to ensure roadmap execution.
• Lead thruster production with steady supply chains and scheduling.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering, management, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships with transparent updates.
• Translate mission specs into testing priorities and plans.
• Coordinate across hardware teams for integration with other systems.
• Monitor industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
