Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for Propulsion Systems to lead end-to-end planning of development, manufacturing and test of propulsion systems.

The role requires owning the full propulsion program roadmap and coordinating across engineering, product, and production teams to ensure timely, safe, and cost-effective progress. You will manage customer relationships, translate system requirements into test plans, and drive integration across hardware and shop teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management.
• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related technical field.
• Experience navigating complex organizations and balancing timelines.

Responsibilities

• Own propulsion program roadmap across development, testing, procurement and assembly.
• Bridge products and programs to ensure roadmap alignment and execution.
• Drive thruster production, keep supply chains steady and on schedule.
• Maintain clear communication across engineering leads, managers and executives.
• Manage customer relationships and provide transparent updates.
• Translate mission specs into concrete test priorities and validation plans.
• Coordinate hardware integration with other teams and shop operations.
• Monitor industry trends and guide strategic decisions for Muon.
