Job summary

Muon Space, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager - Propulsion Systems to lead the end-to-end planning of development, manufacturing and testing of propulsion systems for spaceflight programs.

You will own the propulsion program roadmap and coordinate across hardware, production, and test teams to maintain schedules and drive timely deliveries. The role requires partnering with product and propulsion teams, managing supplier relationships, and translating mission specs into concrete test

Qualifications

• 5+ years in engineering or program management.
• Degree in engineering, physical sciences, or related field.
• Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and align teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end propulsion program roadmap from development to assembly.
• Bridge product and program teams to ensure roadmap execution.
• Oversee thruster production, procurement, and delivery schedules.
• Maintain clear cross-team communication with engineers, managers, and executives.
• Manage customer relationships and provide transparent updates.
• Translate mission specs into test priorities and validation plans.
• Coordinate hardware integration across departments and suppliers.
• Monitor industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
