Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Project Engineering – Propulsion Systems to lead end-to-end propulsion program activities at our Canoga Park, CA site. You will drive technical and program tasks, coordinate with customers, and support production and supply chain to meet milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of project engineering experience; graduate degree with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of project engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day tactical duties on propulsion programs; drive project actions to meet schedule and cost goals.
• Collaborate with customer contacts for project activities and participate in customer sessions for project execution.
• Support production and supply chain teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
