Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Manager for Systems Engineering & Integration in Canoga Park, CA. You will lead AR propulsion programs, directing requirements development, verification planning, and risk management across solid and liquid propulsion systems.

The role emphasizes MBSE methods, system architecture definition, and coordination with IPTs, with travel as needed and the possibility of obtaining a US security clearance. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering with 9+ years in systems engineering.
• Experience in requirements management, verification planning and risk management.
• Knowledge of MBSE, SysML modeling and DOORS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct technical support for AR propulsion programs, including development and production.
• Develop system, subsystem and component requirements; manage verification plans and certification.
• Coordinate requirements with IPT members and document changes; perform system trade studies.
• Lead technical oversight, staffing, career development and performance evaluations.
