Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required; eight years' experience or Master's with six years' experience, or PhD with five years' experience.
  • Experience in DoD and NASA environments preferred.
  • Ability to develop papers, presentations and reports; represent organization to sponsors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform internal and external research, analysis and studies in chemical propulsion technology for rocket, space and missile systems.
  • Provide trusted agent SME in rocket propulsion areas.
  • Support ERG management in developing new strategic research goals and projects.
  • Engage stakeholders and prospective sponsors for outreach and business development.
  • Plan, develop, and lead ERG research initiatives.
  • Support JANNAF subcommittees and working groups in collaborative activities.
  • Represent ERG at government and industry meetings and conferences.
