Job summary

Galent seeks a Senior Technical Product Owner / Digital Product Lead to direct the digital product strategy, platform architecture, and roadmap execution for our PropTech and real estate ecosystems.

You will own the full product lifecycle from discovery and user journeys through backlog grooming, sprint delivery, and post-launch optimization, serving as the bridge between executive operations stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver superior resident experiences and operational

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise-grade web and mobile applications.
• Real estate or proptech domain expertise.
• Strong knowledge of modern architectures, API integrations, cloud platforms, data flows, and CMS ecosystems.
• Proficient in Agile/Scrum and backlog prioritization.
• Ability to manage competing executive stakeholder priorities and distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps.
• Translate business goals into functional requirements and API/data specs.
• Lead agile ceremonies with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure delivery.
• Oversee PropTech integrations between websites, portals and core backends.
• Align stakeholders across Marketing, Property Ops, IT, and Asset Mgmt on scope and timelines.
• Track analytics and iterate features to improve platform performance post-launch.
