Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Project Leader for the Customer Installations Group to manage large-scale deployments in C&I, utilities, and data centers. You will drive pre-contract planning, finalize execution strategies, and lead cross-functional teams through delivery with a focus on safety and performance.

Reporting to the Director, Global Program Management, this role is based on-site at the Newark, DE facility with travel up to 40% for large projects.

Qualifications

• Over 12-15 years of project management experience with 5+ years in distributed energy or hyperscaler data center projects.
• Experience managing >$100 million installation budgets and coordinating with utility and governmental entities.
• Strong scheduling, risk, and contract management skills with earned value understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead large scale commercial/industrial deployments in C&I, utilities, and data centers.
• Develop baseline schedules, execution strategies, and pre/post-contract plans with internal teams.
• Oversee cost, schedule, risk, and cross-functional team performance; report to senior leadership.
