Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 13+ years in aerospace, defense, and proposal management.
• Experience leading multi-disciplined proposal teams for DoD, Fed/Civil, and international customers.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or recently held) and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and administer proposal efforts and manage a staff of proposal professionals.
• Develop RFI/RFP responses from BE to full FAR-15 proposals following GA-ASI guidelines.
• Lead proposals for DCS and FMS with U.S. Government guidelines.
• Represent GA-ASI with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of technical content and coordinate content development.
• Provide performance evaluations for proposal staff.
• Travel as required and work extended hours.
• Communicate results and present findings to management.
