Job summary

You will lead proposal planning, narrative development and cross-team collaboration to deliver high-quality, compliant proposals on schedule. This role emphasizes strategic thinking, communication and stakeholder coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• APMP CPSM certification or equivalent preferred.
• 7 years’ experience as a proposal coordinator or in a related role.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the proposal planning process from client requirements to timeline/assignments.
• Evaluate narratives for relevance and collaborates to create new content as needed.
• Proofread and rewrite content to deliver a high-quality, compliant document.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and track assignments across local and remote partners.
• Lead proposal strategy sessions with internal partners and stakeholders.
• Support presentations and interviews with prospective clients.
