The role focuses on turning complex technical solutions into clear written content and compelling visuals for RFX and Task Order responses. The candidate should have 4+ years of technical writing and 3+ years of proposal writing experience, plus demonstrated experience in proposal graphics, infographics, and visuals using Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint.

• 4+ years of technical writing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, compliant proposal content aligned with RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and evaluation factors.
• Lead and support the development of proposal graphics and visuals to communicate technical concepts.
• Collaborate with SMEs, Capture Managers, and Graphic Designers to conceptualize, design, and format visuals that strengthen messaging.
• Translate SME input into both written content and visually compelling formats.
• Research technical concepts and write proposal responses based on that research.
