21Tech, Inc. seeks an experienced Proposal Writer to lead and support development of high-quality proposals and business development materials.

You will work with leadership, sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to craft compliant, persuasive responses to RFPs, RFQs, and client opportunities. The ideal candidate writes clearly, translates technical content into compelling content, and understands asset management concepts to effectively communicate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience writing and developing proposals in technology consulting, professional services, government contracting, or related environment.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills; ability to translate technical info into clear content.
• Knowledge of Asset Management and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) preferred.
• Experience working with technical SMEs and business leaders to gather and translate information.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write, edit, and coordinate high-quality responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and client solicitations.
• Translate technical, operational, and business information into clear proposal content tailored to client requirements.
• Develop content related to Asset Management and EAM solutions, implementations, and outcomes.
• Review requirements for compliance and ensure proposals are complete and responsive.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to gather information and craft win themes.
