Job summary

You will work with business development, operations, and subject matter experts to craft narratives that communicate capabilities, experience, and value to clients. This role requires 3–5 years of proposal writing experience and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proposal writing experience in government contracting or services.
• Experience drafting responses to federal, state, or local solicitations.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Able to translate technical material into clear, persuasive narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, sources sought, capability statements).
• Review solicitation documents to identify requirements and compliance obligations.
• Write, edit, and proofread executive summaries, technical narratives, and resumes.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts, project managers, regional managers, and executives.
• Maintain library of reusable proposal content and past performance references.
• Ensure on-time submission and full compliance with solicitation requirements.
• Support after-action reviews and implement lessons learned.
