You will work closely with business development, operations, and subject matter experts to craft narratives that clearly communicate our capabilities, experience, and value to clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, project managers, regional managers, and executives to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
  • Maintain and update a library of reusable proposal content, boilerplate language, personnel resumes, and past performance references.
  • Ensure all proposals are submitted on time, formatted correctly, and fully compliant with solicitation requirements.
  • Support after-action reviews and incorporate lessons learned into future proposals.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proposal writing experience, preferably in a government contracting, emergency management, construction, or professional services environment.
