Nayax Ltd. is seeking a Proposal & Technical Writing Manager to lead bid writing for IPS by Nayax. You will drive the end-to-end proposal process, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering, and leverage AI to automate content and templates.

Responsibilities include maintaining a content library, working with SMEs to translate technical content, and building scalable workflows to improve win rates. This role offers remote work with occasional visits to the San Diego HQ.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, technical writing, or grant writing in tech/transport/infrastructure sectors
• Strong understanding of government or enterprise RFP processes
• Experience using AI tools to assist content generation or automation

Responsabilidades

• Develop, write and edit RFP/RFI responses and proposals with internal teams
• Own end-to-end proposal process: deadlines, formatting, editing, compliance
• Implement AI tools to streamline content development and create scalable templates
• Maintain centralized content library for proposals, case studies and docs
• Analyze past proposals to improve messaging, efficiency and win rate
• Work with subject matter experts to translate technical content into clear language
• Establish scalable workflows for proposal automation
