Job summary

Boeing is seeking a skilled Proposal Manager to lead end-to-end IC/DoW proposal efforts, including pre-RFP planning, writing assignments, and submissions, in support of national security programs.

The role requires 10+ years of related experience, active TS/SCI clearance, and deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS and OTA regulations, with a strong emphasis on leadership, collaboration, and delivering winning proposals valued over $100M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant sector knowledge.
• Experience delivering large IC/DoW proposals over $100M.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and OTA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full proposal lifecycle from pre-RFP to award.
• Develop schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, and writing assignments.
• Coordinate with Capture Managers, SMEs, Pricing, Contracts, and Programs.
• Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide executive-level updates on progress and risks.
