Responsibilities

• Manage all activities involved in development of new business proposals, pre-qualifications, RFx documents and unsolicited proposals.
• Oversee RFx lifecycle management for multiple proposals concurrently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to compose, edit, and produce proposals, qualification packages, reports, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Coordinate and lead proposal meetings, kick-offs, status calls, and reviews.
• Develop proposal schedules and responsibility matrices to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Lead creation and improvement of documentation for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials; develop graphics and formatting.
• Support pursuit team with winning strategy, messaging, discriminators, and evaluation alignment.
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions to improve win-ratio; conduct reviews and debriefs with authors.
• Manage interview presentations, discussions, and proposal revisions.
• Document and implement lessons learned to improve processes.
• Coordinate production, binding, and packaging for final submissions; maintain corporate style guidelines.
• Work with proposal automation software, primarily Content management and status reporting.
