Job summary

Prescient Edge in McLean, VA seeks a seasoned Proposal Manager with 7–10 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree to drive end-to-end proposal development for defense-related opportunities. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and ensure compliant, compelling responses.

You will lead content development, reviews, and all publishing steps, collaborating with executives and SME teams to win government contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7–10 years in proposal management, preferably in defense.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFAR and government contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end proposal development from opportunity identification to submission.
• Collaborate with SMEs, technical staff, and executives to develop compelling proposals.
• Develop proposal strategies and content to address customer requirements.
• Review proposal content for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with RFPs.
• Coordinate kickoff and review meetings and manage the proposal timeline.
