Oracle Government, Defense, & Intelligence has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Proposal Manager.

This is a remote-based position with occasional in-office attendance as needed. The candidate MUST live in the VA/DC area.

The primary responsibility is proposal management, leading matrixed teams to develop and produce proposals submitted on time and in compliance with U.S. Government solicitation documents such as RFPs, TO Requests, RFQs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal teams and coordinate with leadership for staffing and schedules.
• Develop proposal outlines, templates, and organize proposal folders/files.
• Conduct proposal training, status meetings, and serve as Color Review Chair.
• Ensure proposals are compliant and submitted on time.

Experience

• Minimum of five years’ experience as Proposal Manager for U.S. Government solicitations, especially with DOD and Intelligence community.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, OCI).

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); STEM or business preferred.
• Desired: Master’s degree, APMP Certification.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Security Clearance

• Must possess or be able to obtain TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
