Job summary

Netsmart Technologies, Inc. in Overland Park, KS, is seeking an experienced Proposal Manager to represent technical functionality to clients during RFPs and questionnaires. You will co-own legal reviews, lead cross-functional projects, and manage governance from planning to acceptance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• At least 5 years of proposal management experience
• At least 2 years experience managing legal review process in RFPs
• Excellent analytical and problem resolution, organization, attention to detail, time management and leadership skills
• Ability to make fast, accurate decisions based on available information
• Demonstrated experience leading and supporting project teams with diverse cross-functional participants and mitigating risks for delivery
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment

Preferred

• At least 2 years industry experience in healthcare IT or IT proposals
• Understanding of technical and IT related concepts and/or technical writing experience
• Project Management Professional or similar project management certification
• Experience with RFP cloud-based proposal response platforms such as Responsive, RFP360, or Proposify
